30-Day Return / Replacement/ Refund Policy
1. Unopened / unused items:
Return within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Return Authorization required.
Email return request to: info@SafeCleanHB.com
Customer pays return shipping.

2. Defective / Damaged in transit:
We replace or refund at Customer's request.
Email Return Authorization request to: info@SafecleanHB.com.
Include photos of damaged box and/or defective product and order number within 7 days of delivery for return authorization.,
We pay shipping on the return and replacement.

3. Opened / "tried" product dissatisfaction:
If you used it as directed and aren't happy, we offer a one-time refund replacement or store credit.

4. We do NOT accept back or issue refunds for:
Unauthorized returns.
Returns more than 30 days after issuance of Return Authorization.
Items that are more than 50% used.
Products not purchased directly from our online website.

5. Refund timing:
Refund/credit to Customer's original method of payment will be issued within a week after return is received and inspected (for unopened/unused returns.)
