Return and Refund Policy

Unopened / Unused items:

  • Return within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

  • Return Authorization is required. 

  • Email return request to: info@SafeCleanHB.com

  • Customer pays return shipping.

Defective / Damaged in transit:

  • We replace or refund at Customer's request.

  • Return Authorization is required. 

  • Within 7 days of delivery, email your Return or Replacement Authorization request to: info@SafeCleanHB.com

    • Include:

      • your order number

      • photos of damaged box and/or defective product

      • your phone number

  • We'll reply by email or call you if we have questions or need more information.

Opened / "tried" product dissatisfaction:

  • If you used the product as directed, aren't happy, and don't want to purchase it again, we offer a one-time refund or free replacement.

We do NOT accept back or issue refunds for products:

  • Without Authorization.

  • Returns more than 30 days after issuance of Return Authorization.

  • Items that are more than 50% used.

  • Products not purchased directly from our online website.

Refund timing:

  • For unopened/unused returns we will issue a refund to Customer's original method of payment will be issued within a week after return is received and inspected.
