Opened / "tried" product dissatisfaction:

If you used the product as directed, aren't happy, and don't want to purchase it again, we offer a one-time refund or free replacement.

We do NOT accept back or issue refunds for products:

Without Authorization.

Returns more than 30 days after issuance of Return Authorization.

Items that are more than 50% used.
